The right
The right in brief: people who live in California, and in a growing number of other states, can opt out of having their personal information sold or shared, with selling and sharing defined by their state’s law.
How to request
To make the request:
- E-mail office@cherringtonplumbingservices.com or call (614) 426-1787.
- Tell us that you want to opt out.
- Give your name, plus the number or e-mail you reached us from, so we can find your records.
There is no account to create and no fee.
Confirmation
Once you have asked, you will hear back from us confirming the request, and we will complete it within the period applicable law sets. We ask for no more information than we need to find you in our records.
Agents
Another person can make the request for you. An authorized agent may do so when they hold permission you have signed.
Global Privacy Control
A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser counts as a request to opt out, for that browser, wherever applicable law says it must.
No penalty
Your price and your service stay exactly the same if you opt out.
